On-call rotation

A structured on-call schedule with overlapping handoffs so there are no gaps in coverage. When one technician rotates off, the next is already briefed on active tickets and your building — not picking up cold.

Response times

Clear commitments from first call to live technician contact, and from triage to action. You know what to expect when something alarms after hours — not a voicemail tree and a callback tomorrow.

Remote access

Secure remote connection to your FX or Tridium system lets us diagnose and often resolve issues without a truck roll. When remote triage is not enough, we escalate to an on-site visit with full context — the technician arrives knowing what was already tried.

Parts posture

Stocked inventory and established vendor relationships for the components your building actually runs on. You are not left waiting weeks for a part while a critical system sits offline.
